Superior Cutting Service has been faithfully serving manufacturers in the Holland area and beyond since 1991. Under new ownership in the last few years, the company tripled in size and began to specialize in certain areas. They needed a new website that would showcase all these advancements along with their brand-new 26,500-square-foot facility and state-of-the-art machining and laser-cutting equipment.
Since designing and building their new website several years ago, Tim calls us back every time they get a new piece of equipment, like their impressive new Tube Laser Cutter, and every couple of years to update their team photo.
During my initial Setup with Superior, I found that they specialize in a very specific niche: designing and fabricating paint rack tooling for painting and powder coating applications. This tooling is a really important piece in production because it has to hold the part in a way that allows the paint to fully cover the right surfaces. We added a whole page full of keywords and phrases that ideal prospects might type into a search along with several example projects with photos and descriptions. Superior now gets calls specifically for that.

Superior’s website features a homepage video background and stunning professional photography, which visually communicates the range of capabilities, friendliness, and level of personal care the shop shows its customers. We also produced a company overview video showing off their large-scale laser-cutting operation.
They initially had a lot of outdated listings out there on the web sending people to the wrong location, so part of our original website launch included claiming and correcting bad listings, and setting up social media profiles to give them more credibility. As a result, the number of lost truckers calling for directions has significantly gone down!
