The Challenge:
Fourteen years ago, Kyle Ellis founded Blue Sun Manufacturing with a focus on LED lighting components. As the business evolved into a precision machining leader, the name no longer captured the brand’s identity or direction. Blue Sun’s name and branding felt misaligned with their reputation for reliability, quality craftsmanship, and innovation.
Kyle had big ambitions—scaling to $6–$10 million in sales, attracting top-tier customers, and becoming a trusted name in precision manufacturing. But to achieve that vision, the company needed a transformation that would resonate with their market and stand out from the competition.

From bold, professional photography to curated imagery showcasing their processes and team, the brand tells a story of craftsmanship and reliability. The new design system unifies their branding across all platforms, creating a polished, professional look that exudes confidence.
The centerpiece of TORQ’s transformation is their new Squarespace website. Built to showcase the company’s capabilities and expertise, the site provides a seamless experience for visitors while driving action. It features:

To sustain TORQ’s momentum, we implemented a streamlined marketing system and hosted a hands-on workshop. The goal was to empower Kyle’s team with tools they could easily manage and a strategy they could confidently execute.
