This is where we establish your origins, define the project (your marketing plan), get the necessary tools in place, and most importantly, make sure the machine (you) and machinist (us) understand and agree on the plan before we start cutting (building your brand).
We start with a deep-dive interview to get to know everything about your business—who you are, what you do best, and where you want to go—and then we tell you what your killer brand opportunity is and provide a detailed schematic of what you need to start doing and stop doing, to make it WORK for you.
Then you can implement the plan on your own, or hire us to take care of everything for you.

Our core brand and website packages start at $13k and our average client spends $19k to get everything they need. Our Marketing Machine packages start at $1500/mo with a minimum 1-year contract.
If you’re just starting out and looking for a lower investment, we recommend the Mini Buildout (aka the "One Night Brand") where our team spends an entire day helping you get established or up-leveling your game.

Branding to the level we do is a long-term investment as much as a new machine or ERP system. Our pricing may be high compared to other providers because we know you’re going to get a rock-solid launch pad and be prepared AF for takeoff.
Working with us is an investment and as your new strategic partner, our goal will always be to get you a massive return.

That depends on the package you choose! From Setup through Buildout, it's typically between 4 and 6 weeks depending on photoshoot logistics.
That said, you won't hear from us much between your Setup and your intensive Buildout dates. We lead you through every step of the process so that you can just kick back and enjoy the ride!

We usually have clients booked out 1-3 months ahead, so book an intro call ASAP so we can get you on our calendar! Your start dates are secured once you sign our agreement and pay your deposit.

Our platform of choice is Squarespace because we believe it best fits the needs of our specific type of customer, is refreshingly easy to use, and performs just as well as any other with SEO. That said, if you're set on a particular platform for whatever reason, we have a network of trusted developers we can bring in for support on your project if needed.

Absolutely! Having great content on your website–from the imagery to the messaging and everything between the lines–is the number one key to attracting ideal prospects and converting them into long-term customers.

Yes! We offer Upgrade Days for Buildout customers who need additional materials or campaigns like trade shows or a new media channel. Alternatively, you can sign up for a Marketing Machine subscription where we provide ongoing services including PR, blogging, video and podcast production, social media management, ads, and strategic SEO.

Yes. Search engines love really great content (because people spend more time on it) which is our core focus of every Buildout! The Marketing Machine is great for building strategic links back to your website to drive the right traffic there.
